How does Pre-Order work?

We will pick up pre-orders on the day set by us. After that, all the orders we receive will be sent to the manufacturer to produce the merchandise. Production will take time, depending on the manufacturer. Once the merchandise has been completed, we will inform you that we will ship your product along with the tracking code by email or phone number.

Do you have a specific date for Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not have any specific time for the delivery date. As we mentioned before (Refer to Question 1), it all depends on the manufacturer. Usually, we take production time to produce in one month or less.

What kind of shipping service do you use?

We will use SF Express, TNT, Janio, EMS as our main shipping partner to send out the items.

As for Malaysia, we will use Pgeon Delivery as a main shipping services.

How long will I receive my merchandise?

Your product will arrive at your place depends on the shipping service. You will receive the tracking code from ours to monitor your products location.

Custom Tax

Custom Tax must be paid by the customer itself.

Payment System

We partner up with Stripe Payment Gateway to give easier checkout for Malaysia and International. For Malaysia, you can use FPX or Credit/Debit card. For International, currently, we accept Credit/Debit Card only and Paypal Express Checkout.

For Malaysia customers, we also provide ATM Transfer, Internet Banking as an alternative payment.

Merchandise Update

We will update on our social media when we are finish preparing and ready to ship out.

If your items is way past from the Estimate delivey, please understand that we are try to do our best to finish as soon as possible.
